RULES OVERVIEW A Player's turn consists of rolling their dice, placing or removing Feature cubes, and then possibly building a Floor or Roof.
PHASE ONE: ROLLING ROLL YOUR ENTIRE DICE POOL. Your dice pool starts as a single dice. If you later add dice to your pool, all must be rolled. MELTDOWN: If you roll the same number on three different dice, you must forfeit a Feature cube and your turn. PHASE TWO: PLACING FEATURE CUBES PLACE OR REMOVE A FEATURE CUBE ON A SQUARE OF THE COLUMN THAT MATCHES THE DICE If you design a Luxury(square with a number) square, take that value in money. If you cover a Utilities(square with a dice) square, you will have an additional dice to roll until this tile is covered. PHASE THREE: BUILDING FLOORS
On each Floor there are round red Structural symbols which indicate where Features must be present on the Floor below in order to build this Floor.
PHASE FOUR: REROLL A player who builds a Floor takes an additional roll of their dice after adjusting for Structural(Dice) squares that may have been covered by the newly drafted Floor. This roll may only be used to place or remove Features. ENDING Play continues until players cannot build any higher.
